This convention regarding "Terms and conditions for using the web hosting service" establishes the conditions under which any person may visit or access the ns.ro website or use the hosting or domain registration service, and has the value of a convention concluded between S.C. NSHOST S.R.L. (provider) and any person who visits or accesses the site or uses the services (user or client).

1. Content Policy

Publishing obscene, violent, defamatory, discriminatory content, viruses/trojans or pirated software is prohibited.

2. Acceptable Use

The client undertakes to comply with current legislation in Romania and the EU. Strictly prohibited: phishing, computer attacks, bulk email (max 5000/day), torrent.

3. Uptime Guarantee

NSHOST guarantees 99.5% uptime. Exceptions: force majeure, planned maintenance.

4. Backup Services

Provided without obligation. The client is solely responsible for saving their own data.

5. Payment Terms

Billing is done in advance, according to the chosen contract period. 5 business days payment term. Suspension at 5 days from proforma invoice.

6. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Exceptions: SMS payments, funds/credit, domains, dedicated servers, reseller, special services.
